We are all wired in our own unique way, with our own gifts, talents, and quirks. That being said, it is important to start to gain better understanding of ourselves, and then understanding others so we can adapt to other people's STYLE.
When growing your network, it is necessary to form key relationships and become a Connector. In order to make better connections, you must earn trust. Trust is earned when people feel respected. Respect is earned when people feel understood. Kelly Roggow will be talking about how to form true connections when you are communicating by using the Ultimate DISCovery System based on the Model of Human Behavior. You will learn key behavioral patterns and how to apply these patterns to your personal perspective.
Kelly Roggow began her career in healthcare working in the field of Occupational Therapy. Always looking for opportunity, she started and built a successful network marketing business and was featured in Success from Home Magazine in 2007 and traveled all over the country leading training meetings for other network marketing organizations. In the process she met other fellow leadership training coaches including Dr. Robert Rohm, owner of Personality Insights. Having read several of his books and attending training meetings of his, she decided to attend one of his workshops and become a Certified DISC Trainer and Human Behavioral Skills Consultant in 2010, After getting the certification, she started her own leadership training and business development company, Interactive Solutions. Since then she has worked with several businesses, companies, and entrepreneurs and was a part of a panel discussion about business coaching on the TV program, Economic Outlook in 2011. Although this is her passion, she has also had to keep a full time job to support her efforts to grow her company. She currently is the Senior Sales and Marketing Manager at Emeritus at Arborwood for Brookdale Senior Living. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to use her learned skills to build trusted and long-standing relationships with local referral sources in her outreach efforts, as well as with the families and caregivers that come in seeking senior living solutions.
