November Luncheon!

You Are Invited to the WBOM November Luncheon

“Making the Perfect Product”

Join us on November 12th for an afternoon of networking and learning during our "Making the Perfect Product" luncheon. Our featured guest speaker is John Gordon from Edible Arrangements.

John will be discussing what it takes to make the perfect product. Hiring the right employee is the first step of the process.  At Edible Arrangements they use a combination of high standards, consistency, performance management with employee empowerment and leadership to ensure that our products are the perfect product.

John Gordon, President of Gordon Ventures, LLC and Owner of Edible Arrangements has more than 30 years in Sales and Customer Service.  He currently owns and manages the Edible Arrangement stores in South Bend and Granger with a third store opening in the Elkhart/Goshen area later this year.

Prior to Edible Arrangements, John was Vice President of Sales and Service at Press Ganey.  He was at this position for 17 years and was responsible for the growth and retention of clients throughout the world but with a primary focus on clients within the US. While in this position, he was responsible for a Sales Team of over 40 representatives and a Customer Service team of over 150.

Prior to this John was in the Home Medical Equipment industry and worked with several local hospitals.

John Gordon holds a Bachelor of Science degree from IUSB.
