In Memoriam
David C. White

David C. White, of Ajijic, Mexico, passed away on Sunday, April 6, 2014. He was 73. He was born on March 29, 1941 in Decatur, TX. He attended Decatur High School, gained a degree in political science from North Texas State University, and a law degree from the University of Houston. . .
