Stay Active this Winter

Whilst it is cold outside, it is more important than ever to make a conscious effort to stay active and get out and about. Staying active reduces the risk of developing dementia by 30% and can delay the onset of disability and frailty.  The Stepping into Nature project has lots of activities to help.
