Couch to 5K
Achieve your 2020 fitness goals with the NHS Couch to 5K 9 week running programme. It is led by trained volunteers, and offers you the perfect chance to gradually build your running ability and confidence.

Learn To Nordic Walk

With support from a qualified Nordic Walking instructor, this course will help you master the Nordic Walking technique. The course is £20 per person.

Would you like to volunteer?
Without the support of our wonderful team of Activate volunteers, some of our activities would simply not exist. From leading our health walks, cycle rides and Accessible Cycling groups, our volunteers are an essential part of keeping our community active.

Are you thinking of becoming more active this year? The Active 4 Health Lifestyle Hub encourages local people to get and stay more active for their health and wellbeing across East Dorset.
 
If you have a health condition that is affecting your health and wellbeing, you can be referred to Active 4 Health by a Health Professional (i.e. GP, Nurse and Physio). Please contact your health professional to be referred to Active 4 Health.
