Together, let's improve SEND travel

We know that the way your child gets to and from school is really important and has a massive impact on your day-to-day life. Many of you have told us that SEND travel needs to improve and we’d like to work with you to do this.
We’d like to start by inviting you to an event in January where you can share your experiences of SEND school transport in Dorset. We’re particularly interested in hearing from families with current (or very recent) experience of SEND transport. We’ll be asking:
•    what’s working well and what’s not working so well for your family
•    what you expect from us
•    what you’d like to see in the future
•    what can be improved and how we might do that
We’re also going to talk about ways you might like to get involved, as we want to improve the system together.
The event will place on Tuesday, 14 January, from 7:00pm until 8:30pm at South Walks House, Dorchester. If you'd like to attend, please book a place. If you can’t make that date, but would still like to get involved, email Thomas Fowler, Project Manager:
