Knitting and most crafts are meditative by nature as they encourage you to focus on the present moment and keep a clear mind. Although knitting, crochet, weaving and spinning are generally considered low-impact, the repetitive movements associated with these crafts can cause injuries over time.
In this class you will learn meditation, simple streatches, breating exercises, and self massage techniques designed to enhance your crafting. No matter your skill level, these practices can help you craft for longer. All movements can be made while sitting in a chair or while standing and holding onto a chair for support. Class activites are accessible to all fitness levels.
