Earth Carers in Action
Happy 1st Birthday to 'Make New & Mend'

Congratulations to Earth Carers Jacqui, Lesley and Paula (not pictured) for all their hard work growing the Make New & Mend group. What started one year ago as the Summer of Sew over January 2013 has evolved into a great bunch who meet every Saturday afternoon to mend, sew and craft.

All are welcome. If you've ever wanted to learn to darn, stitch, crochet or knit, or have a half-finished project you'd like to complete in friendly company - then come along.

There's no need to book or commit to every week, just pop in whenever you're free.

When: Every Saturday afternoon, 12.30pm - 3.30pm
Where: Peppermint Grove Council Chambers (same building as Grove Library), 1 Leake St, Peppermint Grove.
Please bring: Sewing/craft gear,a gold coin donation for tea/coffee and cake.
