Our Voice of the Client Survey is a powerful, customizable, and confidential way to understand what your clients value, how well your firm is delivering on that value, and how you compare to your competitors in the industry. FWA worked with a team of experts (from Bain & Co., Charles Schwab Advisor Services, Pitcairn, Greycourt, Ballentine Partners, and WE Family Offices) to develop an industry-specific approach to evaluating and benchmarking your client experience.
An exciting update: Based on overwhelming interest, we have made the strategic decision to keep the survey infrastructure open indefinitely. Instead of offering the Voice of the Client Survey every other year, firms can now participate on their own timeline.
We strongly encourage firms to participate by the end of June 2022 in order to be included in and receive insights from the first industry benchmarking report to be published later in 2022.
