Discounted Rates

New for EXPO 2019 - SFPA Associate members in good standing will receive a $2 per square foot discount on exhibit space rates. We'll begin accepting exhibit space applications in May 2018 and there's still time to Join SFPA as an Associate Member. Annual Dues are $1,000 per year. Aside from the $2/sq.ft. discount, you'll also receive a priority over non-member companies when selecting exhibit space -- which is often the most valuable benefit! Additional benefits include an enhanced show program listing and recognition.

Don't Miss Out

We understand your email inbox gets bombarded with junk mail. We experience the same frustration. That's why we'll be super considerate about your time and not send you unnecessary emails or solicitations. We use a list management company like Mail Chimp to keep in compliance with the spam laws. Please make sure you add the email address that we are sending this message from to make sure you receive all the important announcements. We'll also send you emails directly from the sfpa.org domain, too. So keep an open eye on your inbox and check your junk mail/clutter filters occasionally.

Cut the SPAM

You are guaranteed to get email solicitations from individuals trying to sell you mailing lists or hotel rooms. Just DELETE them. The newest scam seems to center around someone sending you a "verified" document to open, or use a seemingly credentialed website for you to login to and download the document. If something looks suspicious, it probably is. If you have a question about an email that you've received, forward it to me and I'll let you know if it's valid or not. I'm on your team to help make your Expo experience the BEST!

Happy to Help.
