With a first-ever undefeated conference record, the Scots will travel to Rome, Ga., on Nov. 17 to take on Berry College in the 2018 NCAA Football Championship First Round. Follow the Scots!

Bicentennial Books

At Homecoming, the College officially kicked off its months-long Bicentennial celebration and announced the publications of two books that draw from the College’s history. “Echoes from the Hilltop” can be purchased now, and “Maryville College: Noble, Grand and True for Two Centuries” can be pre-ordered at a discount. Check them out!
MC Fireside Chat

Fireside Chats

On Nov. 5, Maryville College and RT Lodge launched their new joint venture, “Fireside Chats with Faculty,” which allow faculty to share their research and expertise with small groups of community members who gather at the public restaurant and hotel located in the College Woods. McGill Scholarships

Scholarship Deadline

The College is taking applications for the full-tuition McGill Scholarships through Dec. 1. Know some super-sharp high school seniors who would be great additions to the MC student body? Share the scholarship information and encourage them to apply before the end of the month!

MC Christmas: A Celtic Christmas

On Dec. 4, six of the College’s vocal and music ensembles will come together for “A Celtic Christmas,” an entertaining program that will feature holiday tunes from and inspired by the British Isles. Buy your tickets now!

Angie Harris

New Director

Angie Harris began her work as director of alumni affairs on Nov. 5. She comes to the College with an interesting and varied background, including work with the Dollywood Foundation and Pellissippi State Community College. Read more about Angie.
