Clayton Center for the Arts 2018-19 SeasonDel McCoury Band & Friends

The Clayton Center for the Arts recently announced its 2018-19 season, which opens Sept. 21 with the Fabulous Equinox Orchestra. The season includes a variety of performances, including the Del McCoury Band and Friends (pictured above), Voces8, Kinky Boots, Rioult Dance, the Illusionists and more. Partial season packages and full season subscriptions are available now, and individual tickets for some shows will be available starting July 16. Archaeological work at BAKOTA Field School

Student Research

Zachary Bible '19, a philosophy and religion double major at MC, soon will leave for Eastern Hungary to participate in the Bronze Age Körös Off-Tell Archaeological (BAKOTA) Project. The research experience for undergraduates (REU) is sponsored by Quinnipiac University and the National Science Foundation. Read the press release.

Fall Rehearsals

Fall rehearsals will begin in August for Maryville College's community music ensembles, including the Scottie Singers, the Highlander Chorale, MC3Band, Orchestra at Maryville College (which has a new director this year) and the Maryville College Community Chorus. Read the press release.
