WHAT'S BEEN HAPPENING

Bike to Work Day 2021

For Bike to Work Day this year, one of our new Trustees, Nina Campbell, who is also a Senior Advisor in EECA's Policy and Engagement team was interviewed by Gen Less. They talked E-Bikes, biking to work and biking in the rain. You can read through the awesome interview here. Ka pai to mahi, Nina!

#Liberatethelane

On Sunday the 30th of May, Bike Auckland held their #liberatethelane rally with great success. The phenomenal turn-out was part of an attempt to convince Waka Kotahi and Auckland Transport to hold a 3-month trial over summer with a single lane of the harbour bridge being used for cyclists and scooterists. Now we wait for a response!
