Public Consultations!

If you are someone with a Zero Waste or low waste focus, there are a couple of important public consultations going on at the moment that would benefit from you having your say! The first is the Waste Strategy & Legislation update and the second is the Emissions Reduction Plan.

We are aware that writing a submission can often be an arduous task, and that's why we're sharing this awesome list of resources to guide you on making your own submissions. Put together by The Rubbish Trip, there's information on the consultations themselves, and how to make your own. See here.

Buy Nothing New This Christmas

The Grey Lynn 2030 Car Boot Market is back this month at the Grey Lynn RSC. On Sunday the 28th of November, you can be selling all the things that you've cleared out of the cupboards throughout lockdown and a stall only costs you $20. It's a great chance to make some money for sellers, and an opportunity to re-use rather than buying new if you're looking for Christmas presents!

Come on down to the Grey Lynn RSC on the 28th from 8:30am-11:30am. To book a stall please contact Florence Boyd at
