GREY LYNN 2030 TRUST NEWS

Lockdown Photography Challenge Video!

Grey Lynners captured their daily lockdown experience and activities in awesome photographs. We've recently compiled these images into a short video reflecting the slower pace and different lifestyle led during lockdown. See what Grey Lynn bubble life was like in the video here!

GL2030 Lockdown Survey Results

Thanks everyone who took part in the recent GL2030 survey, which focused on Grey Lynner's experience of Lockdown. Survey participants enjoyed having less cars on the road, more birdsong, connecting with neighbours as well as walking and cycling in the neighbourhood. They missed the Grey Lynn markets and great coffee. Many spent time decluttering, reading, baking and gardening, and would like to take these into their lives beyond lockdown. There was genuine interest in community matters and making changes towards a more resilient neighbourhood based on a circular economy, supporting locals. Watch this space!
