Meet Chuck Gaster
Director of Deployment Services

Chuck Gaster, NOVACESChuck has been involved with process improvement in healthcare for over 24 years. He has extensive experience in Lean Six Sigma, risk management, project, statistical and research skills. As a Director of Quality Improvement for Schaller Anderson (AETNA) for 10 years he has significant experience in corporate level operations, employing Lean Six Sigma, risk management, predictive modeling, and project management with a bottom line focus.

In 2000 he was appointed to the Board of Examiners of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award and he is an expert on CMS, JCAHO, ISO 9000, NCQA, URAC and HIPAA standards. He is published in medical journals both in the US and abroad. Chuck holds a master’s degree in education from Boston University and B.A. from Central Missouri State University. As adjunct faculty for the University of Phoenix, Chuck has lectured on advanced statistics, research, and organizational development.
