In the last installment of “Top 10 Performance Improvement Mistakes,” we explored the tendency to create an inventory of experts right away. Training an army of people in methods and tools for performance improvement may not have the outcome you expect if the right pieces of the puzzle aren’t in place. Electronic Health Records (EHR) is viewed by many as a way to save money and improve healthcare quality by streamlining the access to patient information throughout a healthcare system.read more >
