A Message from Nurse Kelly

Parents, thank you for going the extra mile and continuing to communicate with us. A friendly reminder that if your student develops any symptoms of COVID-19, please keep them at home to monitor any further signs. If a fever develops please keep your student home for 72 hours, it's always better to air on the side of caution! Please do not hesitate to reach out to me with any questions or concerns at khitchcock@wsa.net.

Student Leadership Team Trip

Every year our Student Leadership Team has the opportunity to spend a week of their summer in the Colorado mountains where they bond as a team, learn more about what it means to be a leader and plan the theme verse for the next school year!

School Year Theme Reveal

On Friday, August 14, the entire student body tuned in to watch Opening Convocation virtually. The program included worship led by Miss Van Duzer, opening remarks by Mr. Case, and the Upper School Student Leadership Team (SLT) revealing the school-wide theme for this 2020-21 school year, "Walk Humbly" based on verse Philippians 2:3B-5.  Follow the button below to read more about this year's school-wide theme.

MS Parents Night

Join us on Tuesday, Aug. 18 at 6:30p in building 100 & 200. During the evening you'll meet Tracy Lutz, Middle School principal, and your child's teachers, and get a glimpse into what your middle schooler's regular school day is like by rotating through his/her schedule of classes. For any parents who are unable to attend in person, all meetings will be recorded and sent to you later in the week by your division principal. Parents should arrive between 6:15 and 6:30 to pick up their child's schedule.

MS Parent Forum Night

In an effort to educate the Westminster community on how to protect students while using today's technology, and to provide resources for the parents of middle school-aged students, Westminster is excited to host a Parent Forum Night on Tuesday, August 25 in Knox Hall from 6-8p. Current parent, cybersecurity expert, and technical director at the Department of Defense, Ryan Willson, will be the guest speaker. We ask that all attendees RSVP and adhere to Westminster's social distancing and mask-wearing policies while on campus.
