Summertime is almost here...

And, so is my MONTH OF GIVEAWAYS!!! That sounds a little bit cheesy, I know, but it's true! I have lots of giveaways happening on the blog and over at my Instagram account. Coming Soon!
I went on a Farm Tour and Restaurant Pilot Trial with Mushrooms Canada. This was part of their #BlendandExtend campaign where we learned all about the benefits of beef and mushrooms and how we can blend them and extend the nutritional value in dishes that we cook. I will be posting a tour wrap-up as well as a recipe - I took the #blendandextend challenge!
