Hello Friends & Happy 2016!
Lots to update you all on but most importantly we are absolutely thrilled to let you know that we've expanded our SPICE dinners to Oregon! For the next three months we'll be celebrating the flavors of the Pacific Northwest with all three dinners taking place in Portland. Right now we are opening RSVPs for our dinner next weekend February 20th. This month we will be hosting one of our Chef's Table dinners which has limited capacity.
Each dinner has room for 8 people. These go very fast so we apologize if you can't get a seat this time. The first 8 people that reply and request a seat and receive a confirmation from us are locked in. Once you receive a confirmation you'll be sent the contribution link and details.
In traditional SPICE style we'll be featuring a 7-course tasting menu with wine & cocktail pairings along the way. We've given you all a sneak peek at the menu below. Of course there will also be a few surprises.
