This winter, grab your neighbors and enjoy free ice skating at Wilcox, Cherry Parks, and Lincoln Parks! With the help of sponsors, neighbors, neighborhood associations,City of Grand Rapids, and volunteers, Friends of Grand Rapids Parks installed ice skating rinks for residents to enjoy.  Also, a special thank you to WGRD Pond Hockey Classic for moving this great event to Richmond Pond and partnering on WinterWest this year.

The ice skating rinks will be open as long as weather and ice conditions permit.

We are always humbled this time of year when people choose to donate to Friends of Grand Rapids Parks.  We truly can't accomplish our goals to protect, enhance, and expand parks and public spaces in Grand Rapids without you.
