This fall will mean a lot for parks

  2013 will go down in Grand Rapids history as one of the most significant times for parks and public spaces in city

As summer comes to a close, we look forward to an amazing autumn full of opportunities to protect, enhance and expand parks and public spaces in our city.  Here is a handful of exciting events, initiatives, and innovations coming your way in the coming months.

Biggest Green Gala Yet!



Thank you to everyone that was able to attend the Green Gala 2013.  Your support for this event and Friends of Grand Rapids Parks mission is truly remarkable.  You helped to make this the most successful Green Gala to date, with a 33% increase in attendance and an increase in sponsorships!
