WinterWest 2014

This will be the 4th annual WinterWest, a 2-week festival that highlights many of the natural assets of Richmond Park, including the sledding hill and warming shelter, and provides opportunities for ice-skating and hockey on a temporary ice rink.

  • Saturday, February 1 - 3-on-3 Hockey Tournament, 10a-5p (Rain date is Saturday, February 8) register here 
  • Sunday, February 2 - Crazy Cardboard Sled Competition, 3:00p(Rain date is Sunday, February 9) register here

cherry rink pictureThank you to all the volunteers that came out in cold weather this month to help build temporary ice rinks at Richmond, Cherry, and Wilcox and are now helping to keep them maintained. 
Also thank you to all the sponsors that make these rinks possible. Local business sponsors including Smitty's Specialty Beverage, Harmony Brewing Company, Frances Walks Your Dog, Yesterdog and 360 Massage and Holistic Care for the Wilcox Park rink.
