June 13:  Preliminary Recommendations from the Envisioning SoHo/NoHo initiative.

Manhattan Borough President Brewer, Council Member Chin, and Department of City Planning Director Lago will be hosting the final Public Engagement Event of the SoHo/NoHo community engagement process. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear a summary of the complete community engagement process to date and next steps, learn about the preliminary recommendations based on the engagement process that will go into the final recommendations; provide feedback and ask the SoHo/NoHo Team questions.

Albert's Garden open for the season and calling for volunteers and donations.  This precious gem, preserved by the  Manhattan Land Trust, Inc. on 2nd St. just east of the Bowery.  Begun in the 1970s, it’s a mature shade garden where perennials unfold throughout the seasons. Visitors can enjoy bird watching, linger near the gold fish pond, enjoy a wall mural by famed street artist, Roa, and attend community events.  deserves your tax-deductible support.
