Sponsor Spotlight:
The Neuman Hotel Group Opens
Luna Cafe + Mercantile
at Ashland Hills Hotel & Suites

The Neuman Hotel Group (NHG) has been a film festival sponsor since our very first year in 2001. Their downtown landmark, the Ashland Springs Hotel, hosts AIFF’s signature Opening Night Bash, TalkBack Panels, and our very special Filmmaker Hospitality Suite. We are grateful to Doug and Becky Neuman for their generous, long-time, support of the film festival.

Becky sums up their philosophy this way, â€œIt is so exciting to work arm in arm with other people in the community who each give their special gifts. We have passion for hospitality; others have passion for the arts, athletics, or education. When working together, we shape and support a strong community with the potential to achieve anything we dream of. And that means happiness.”

Not far from downtown, many of our visiting filmmakers enjoy the comfort and delight of the NHG’s recently remodeled Ashland Hills Hotel & Suites. Nestled on a quiet side of town and just three miles from downtown Ashland, the Ashland Hills Hotel & Suites is situated on 14 acres with panoramic mountain views, intimate courtyard patio, an outdoor pool and Jacuzzi, as well as two tennis courts. Experience an uplifting 1970's retro-modern, timeless design, comfortable furnishings and over 100 spacious guest rooms and suites. Guests enjoy complimentary continental breakfast, wireless Internet and parking. It’s a perfect destination for families, business travelers, and anyone coming to explore this part of Oregon.

Luna Cafe + Mercantile, located just off the lobby inside Ashland Hills Hotel & Suites, is a farm-to-counter eatery with great tastes and treats for the whole family. The Oregon-centric Luna Cafe offers food cooked from scratch with a focus on farm-fresh and local. A hip throwback to the 70’s, Luna’s specialty is gourmet pizza, burgers, rotisserie chicken and meats, vegetarian options, artisan coffees, house-made pastries, micro brews, cocktails, and the region's best local wines and cheeses. In Luna’s traveler-friendly retail space you can find grab-n-go picnic and road trip provisions, doggie treats, and souvenirs. Take in the best views in town while eating on the deck overlooking the beautiful hills of Ashland, or under the umbrellas on the animal-friendly patio. Enjoy a craft cocktail at the bar or by the fireplace inside at rattan and retro settees and tables. Capture your special moments with the classic photo booth at Luna Cafe.

Luna Cafe + Mercantile isn’t just for hotel guests. Whether you live in Ashland, are visiting, or are traveling along I-5, stop in for tasty treats and tantalizing meals. View the menu here.
