National Voter Registration Day:
Tuesday, September 22

Tuesday, September 22nd is National Voter Registration Day. If you or someone you know is not yet registered to vote, now is the perfect time to change that! Find a registration event near you by checking out the official National Voter Registration Day event page at:

In 2008, six million Americans didn’t vote because they missed a registration deadline or didn’t know how to register. In 2015, we want to make sure no one is left out.

On September 22, 2015, volunteers, celebrities, and organizations from all over the country will “hit the streets” for National Voter Registration Day. This single day of coordinated field, technology and media efforts will create pervasive awareness of voter registration opportunities–allowing organizers to reach tens of thousands of voters who they could not reach otherwise.

National Voter Registration Day was first started for the 2012 presidential election. It has now become an annual holiday and celebration when thousands of people ensure our family, friends and neighbors are registered to vote. You can visit to register to vote, and to find ways to get involved and help #CelebrateNVRD!

Our Annual Member Meeting has Sold Out. Thank you to everyone who bought tickets and will be joining us in Tucson on October 1.

Open to both Members and Not-Yet Member organizations, the Annual Member Meeting is the Alliance of Arizona Nonprofits' signature event, this year taking place in Tucson for the first time ever.

In addition to our featured content presentations, we'll also hear a few words from Tucson Mayor Jonathan Rothschild to open the event. Mayor Rothschild is a strong supporter of Arizona's nonprofit community and a friend of the Alliance of Arizona Nonprofits.
