2017 Energy Upgrade California Multifamily Program: Join the Interest List Today!  

2016 was a great year for the Energy Upgrade California Multifamily program with energy upgrades to 1,159 units and an average per unit incentive of $800!

In 2017, we will further streamline the program to make it even easier to make energy efficiency upgrades. With more demand than ever, it is time to let us know if you are interested in participating in next year’s program. If you are planning upgrades to your multifamily property call us now! Performance Benchmarking Just Got Easier
When Governor Brown signed AB802 in October 2015, California became the first state in the nation with a requirement to make energy data more accessible to multifamily property owners for benchmarking purposes. AB802 changes the requirements for utilities when releasing building performance data to multifamily property owners and managers.
