Meli develops activities for land and people to flourish

We strength environmentally and economically sustainable/regenerative practices based on meliponiculture, regenerative agriculture and community engagement to inspire and to build capabilities needed for local environment and community to thrive.

And we need your help - from anywhere in the world!
We'll start a journey, at home, to share with you about the Human Amazon, the Biodiverse Amazon and the Inspiring Amazon area and how we can deliver a positive social and environmental impact on the ground.

The Covid-19 pandemic hit Brazil very strongly. There is still an increase of deaths and we need to be extremely careful in this difficult scenario.

But we understand "travel" is to connect with the local reality - and we can do regardless of our physical location! Let's learn about the beauties, challenges and experiences in the complex area where Meli has its roots!

Meli brings international researchers to Unisinos’ series of talks, showing the importance of science being at the forefront of our work with these bees!

The series of talks is already starting next Wednesday, with Prof. Dr. Martin Hasselmann (University of Hohenheim) and the talk The Diversity, Evolution and Importance of Bees.
