Georgia Law continues to be recognized for its excellence
The annual U.S. News & World Report rankings were released earlier today, and we are proud to report that they reflect the University of Georgia School of Law’s commitment to ensuring our students are receiving the best possible return on investment in their legal education. Our overall ranking at 30th is up three places from last year’s report and, more importantly, our employed-at-10-months score places us among the top 25 law schools nationally.

Your law school is consistently being recognized for excellence. In January, The New York Times highlighted a report released by finance company SoFi that listed Georgia Law as among the top five schools with the best salary-to-debt ratios after graduation. Earlier this month, the National Law Journal recognized the school as one of the top 50 schools from which the largest 100 law firms in the nation hire new associates. Additionally, in its most recent ranking, the popular business website Business Insider included Georgia Law in its list of Best Law Schools in America.

Our commitment to providing students with a strong foundation of ideas and world-class preparation, instilling a commitment to service and maintaining a value that affords them true opportunity is reflected not only in these accolades, but in the success our graduates ultimately achieve.

None of this could be accomplished without the active support and engagement of alumni, alumnae and supporters who have chosen to invest in Georgia Law. On behalf of our students, faculty and staff, thank you for all that you do.
