Creative Selected to Construct
New Classroom Building
Pinellas County Schools has selected Creative Contractors Inc. to build a new $12.9 million classroom addition at Palm Harbor University High School. Holmes Hepner Architects, Tampa, will design the two-story, freestanding building, complete with 762 student stations. Other campus improvements for the school will include an updated fire alarm system, new parking lot lighting, and a campus-wide automated HVAC system. Construction began in June 2014 and will be complete by Fall 2015.
