Research Participation
Platform Health Project
Are you interested in having your own “cloud” where you can store all of your own or your child’s medical information? We need parents of children with disabilities to participate and give us feedback as we design this service.

We are computer science, engineering and design students who are working on this exciting project.
We are creating a website called Platform Health, the first place for you to independently access and own all of your health records.

The website will be a secure network and database that allows patients to have access to all of their health records in a single location.  Patients and families will have a HIPAA compliant secure account to store their records and files such as X-rays, Immunization Records and MRI’s.  These files can then be sent instantly to any doctor or specialist in any hospital system that the patient might wish to see.
If you are interested in participating or have any questions, please contact Aaron Mann at:  aamann2@illinois.edu (student lead on the project)
