A LEED-CI Crash Course
In addition to identifying key changes going from LEED-CI v2.0 to LEED 2009, this webinar will help you identify circumstances that will challenge your ability to certify a LEED-CI project.

What's a sensible approach to identifying and incorporating the most appropriate LEED credits on your project? Our presenters will discuss this, and how to successfully earn even the hardest credits.

Essential Certification Tips
Essential tips for a strong CI certification process to be discussed include:
  • LEED-CI case studies, including lessons learned
  • How to work with the owner to document SSc1 (beware of Building Owner Requirements!)
  • How to cope with the compressed submission schedule typical for CI projects
  • The cost of LEED-CI certification (including the cost for larger vs. smaller projects)
  • And more
LEED-CI on different project types
LEED-CI can involve many different project types. We'll touch on the following:
  • Timeline: Could be 6 weeks or 2 years
  • First generation or renovation in a LEED base building
  • First generation space in a non-LEED building
  • Renovation in a historic building
  • Partial renovation in an owner-occupied building
Question and Answer
The presenters will take questions based on their extensive project experience at the end of the presentation.

When: Tuesday, September 28 at 3:00 pm Eastern Time
Length: about 60 minutes, including a Q&A session
