The telephone company providing our main phone line is experiencing a routing issue. We are able to make calls out from our office, but calls into the office are not being routed correctly.

If you call the main number for helpdesk support, you will most likely receive a busy signal or a message that the call cannot be completed.

The telephone company is working on the issue and it should be resolved shortly.
