Thanks for signing up for this newsletter! Don’t forget to check out the sidebar information to find out when and where I’ll be available for office hours over the next couple of weeks!
I’m always looking for great networking events and this one has stayed on my radar for several months now. It’s geared towards women business owners who understand the importance of doing business with eachother.
There is no formal membership fee and the best part is that each person (sometimes 75!) is allowed 30 seconds to give their pitch to the entire group after lunch. Take note of who you want to connect with further and you can do so after the luncheon.
Those of you who are new to or interested in social media should visit Social Media Club’s website to find a Club in your area. We just so happen to have a Club here in Des Moines that started earlier this year. (Full disclosure: I’m their Treasurer).
The Club comprises a diverse group of members (membership is FREE, by the way) with a wide range of experience levels. Many people involved in the club incorporate social media into their career – it’s just not a hobby for them; others enjoy connecting with friends, family and brands on a personal level.
When current and potential customers visit your website, are you presenting them with the information they want? You never get a second chance to make a first impression – this holds true with your website. Follow this link to some helpful tips on how to improve your customer’s experience as they visit your website.

Testimonial
Suzanne was a delight to work with on the Natural Living Expo. From upfront contracts to timely delivery of her services, she maintained a high level of professionalism and aptitude. She represented the show and its constituents very effectively, and I would certainly encourage others to engage Suzanne and Contemporary Business Solutions. I look forward to working with her again.
