by Mark Beech • “It’s official, old buddy: I’m a has-been,” says Leonardo DiCaprio in Quentin Tarantino’s new movie “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.” His sidekick Brad Pitt has just asked him what’s the matter. Based on this film, Di Caprio, playing the part of cowboy actor Rick Dalton, and Pitt, as the stuntman Cliff Booth, and the director Tarantino himself are close to the top of their game, the very opposite of has-beens.
