HOM Takes a Trip to Brattleboro!
Green Mountain Farm-to-School and Upper Valley Farm to School were excited to have the opportunity to present at the 5th Annual Farm to School Conference in Brattleboro, hosted by our wonderful HOM partners, Food Connects! We walked away both inspired, and excited for the coming year!

Quote of the month from a 4th grader who helped prepare a taste test at Craftsbury School: "You'll probably want every restaurant in the galaxy to have roasted parsnips with honey glaze!"

Harvest of the Month is a project of Green Mountain Farm-to-School, Food Connects and The Upper Valley Farm to School Network, with funding support from Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Inc., the Harris and Frances Block Foundation, and the Vermont Community Foundation.
