The “How do I Stay Safe from a Hate Raid Resource” which launched last month!
The Hotline will soon be available on WhatsApp - this is huge news because it means anyone with an internet connection can get support, not just those with access to SMS!
We are in the process of transitioning to our own independent call center for the Hotline! This will give us way more ability to maintain the highest possible quality and consistency of the support we provide. Woohoo!
The Culture Shift Project, our initiative to transform games industry culture from within companies, launched this year!
And of course, our media criticism podcasts, continued Games and Online Harassment Hotline operations, and our advocacy work within the games community!
