So much has changed in the world of health since the creation of the Transitioning to Living Cuisine (TLC) Raw Food Program almost a decade ago. We are learning so much about our microbiome, plant-based nutrition, fermented foods, avoiding lectins, breath work, exercise, overcoming addictions, creating a healthy home and workplace, brain health, mast cell activation, leaky gut, arthritis, fibromyalgia, cardiovascular disease, diabetes and other autoimmune diseases.
In order to accommodate everyone, we are providing a new program that works for people who eat raw and cooked vegan, vegetarian, vegan paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free, wheat-free, sugar-free, and even a lectin-free diet. We are all different and have diverse needs for optimum health. This program is designed for your individual needs and because the program is limited to 6 participants per week it will be customized to every individual.
Whether you would like to lose weight, overcome a health issue, or just want to spend a week at a healthy place with good food, fun and make new friends, I hope you can join us!
All of the recipes we will be making are vegan, wheat-free, gluten-free, sugar-free, dairy-free and non-GMO. We also cater to special dietary restrictions and those on a lectin-free diet. We do not use sugar, caffeine, agave nectar, Braggs liquid aminos or table salt. We buy all organic ingredients when possible and only use conventional produce that is on the Environmental Working Group's “Clean-15 list” and always non-GMO.
Every participant will receive an eBook with all the recipes that we make during the 7 days. This is an electronic book in PDF form that can be downloaded and printed.
We will be creating healthy delicious meals three times a day, with lots of health-related talks, time for rest and relaxation, swimming in a saline pool, nature walks, tennis lessons from our resident tennis pro and even a trip to the ocean. We even provide transportation to and from the Orlando International Airport (MCO).
With all the hours I have spent in the kitchen, I have learned how to create the most nutritious, easy to make creations that anyone can put together. You don’t have to have any special skills to flourish in this program!
You will be immersed in an interactive, delicious and exciting health experience.

I'll be teaching you all the techniques for making delicious vegan meals in a fast and inexpensive way.
You will also learn how to stock your pantry and freezer with easy to grab tasty items that makes meal prep a breeze and keeps you from being tempted to eat unhealthy foods.
The property is perfume-free, pesticide-free, smoke-free, vape-free and pet-free, with shared rooms and bathrooms and located in a well-preserved rustic community just 10 miles north of Orlando.

The fee for the 8 day/7 night health retreat is $2,900. We are offering an Early-Bird* discount of just $1,500 if you sign up 30 days prior to the starting date.
