We lead off the month with a great edition of the Party in Back Podcast featuring Sierra Bailey, the VP of Marketing from the Saint Paul Saints.  Sierra shares powerful insights and a slew of fun stories from behind-the-scenes of the iconic minor league baseball Saints.  If you don't normally listen to our Podcast, I would encourage you to sample this month's edition.

We also highlight a recap from one of last month's Plus Huddles. Jonny Greco was back in full force sharing the 5 E's of Entertainment. He dug in on Educate and Engage, with countless examples and wisdom on both.  Our group from all across sports engaged with a healthy discussion that educated everyone (see what I did there). There was a great discussion on how to maximize a celebrity visit, including clever ideas to pull them in, make them feel comfortable and make them more willing to help your show.
