In an effort to support local and organic agriculture,
ABC Kitchen is excited to announce the launch of ABCSA,
a CSA program in partnership with the FarmOn! Foundation
and Hudson Valley Farms.
Your ABCSA share will come delivered and packaged via farm to the front door of ABC Kitchen every two weeks!
There are two types of ABCSA shares available:
The Farm Lover ($1000) is all vegetarian including Hudson Valley organic vegetables, cheese, organic fruit, organic greens,
and organic free-range eggs and
The Farmer's Choice ($1700) that includes organic grass-fed mix of beef, chicken and pork in addition to the vegetarian share.
ABCSA has 50 shares available that not only include local produce, but also recipes and tips from Jean-Georges and the chefs of ABC Kitchen, reservation access to the restaurant, a tour of our farms
in the Hudson Valley and
invites to Meet your Farmer events!
