Breaking Down Racial Barriers "Next Steps" workshop series

A message from our friends at Breaking Down Racial Barriers

Today is the 2 year anniversary of #BlackOutTuesday - a day when the music industry declared its commitment to eradicating anti-Black racism in our sector. 1 year ago today, over 500 companies and organizations gathered to sign the BDRB Declaration as a symbol of the work to be done.

We all know that declarations and symbols don't make change. They ARE however, an important and welcome first step in the ADMISSION that there is an issue - and a PLEDGE  to make change.

Today, we literally take the next step in the journey as we open registration for CIMA's "NEXT STEPS" - a FREE equity-focused monthly professional development workshop series for the music industry - led by BDRB with training elements from the award winning KOJO Institute - and implore you all to register yourselves and all members of your organization or company.
