Engaging Lapsed, Casual, & First-Time Audience Members - Webinar

During the pandemic, ticket buyers fell out of the habit of attending performances, leading to a smaller pool of frequent attendees. In this interactive workshop from the Professional Association of Canadian Theatres, you'll look at comeback data trends from TRG’s COVID-19 Sector Benchmark and apply empathy-mapping techniques to explore strategies to re-engage our lapsed, casual, and first-time audience members.

Date: Wednesday, July 13, from 1pm to 2:30pm ET

Digital Arts Nation digital playbook

The COVID-19 pandemic responses the world over shuttered much of normal life for a time beginning in mid-March 2020. In the resulting rush to digital we have seen how far the performing arts, and arts in general, have to go to realize the potential of the digital world to not only market live events, but explore and adopt digital business models for distribution and presentation.

Through these turbulent, rapidly changing times, Digital Art Nation has developed a Digital Playbook. It is a living tool to more easily assess digital opportunities for artists, arts organizations and alliances and make strategic and operational decisions about how to be online.

The documents were released in several installments through 2020 and 2021. All of the documents are available online HERE.
