If you are thinking of visiting, Saturday the 1st of August probably isn't he best day because it will be the gay pride festival. If its the only day that suits you let me know and I will make the necessary arrangements..

Two wonderful Collings mandolins are back in stock.

The MT with gloss top is a fantastic bluegrass machine (even without a strap hanger!) and much much more. It is great value at £2295.

If you prefer a fuller and more resonant sound then the MTO is ideal with lots of depth and richnes of tone while retaining Colling's famous clarity.
A wonderful Phoenix Select from my old friend Rolfe Gerhardt. Rolfe has been building mandolins for over forty years now going all the way back to his much sought after Unicorn mandolins.

Rolf's two points are always very resonant, you can feel them responding as you get them out of the case.
Three more Webers in. I am now up to full stock levels with Weber, with over thirty instruments in stock, mandolins, mandolas, octave mandolins and mandocellos.

First up a Gallatin F5 in natural finish. The Gallatin range is exceptionally good value, no bindings but no compromise on the wonder Weber full tone.

Dave 'Swarb' Swarbrick has one of these Gallatin A4s, fantastic for folk, old time and many other styles.
And a Bitterroot A4 with top binding and bound soundhole with rosette.
I have had a recent delivery of Eastman mandolins so most models are in stock now. This batch included the much sought after 815v with a hand rubbed oil varnish finish.

There's five new arrivals on the used wall. First up this funky old Vega cylinderback. If you like the 'tubbiness' of old Gibson oval hole mandolins these wonders have even more of it! This one is structurally sound but has been around the block a few times so its a steal at £995.

The Holy Grail of mandolas? A 1917 Gibson A4 in great shape with its original case also in remarkable condition. It sounds sublime!

A used Weber Bitterroot A5 with a rare and beautiful sunburst finish and a K&K twin internal pickup installed here, just £1495.

Paul Shippey deservedly has a long waiting list, here's your chance to get one now and for a mere £1395.. it won't be here long.

I'm told the original pickup on this wonderful old Hoyer still works if you jack find a jack to fit!

Happy pickin'

Trevor.
