Outcomes Star for homelessness gets a radical overhaul
Twenty years ago, we started working on our flagship outcomes tool for the homelessness sector, and since then, a vast amount has changed for the sector.
Over the past two years, we've undertaken a significant review of the Outcomes Star in consultation with many organisations, giving this Star a radical overhaul. The resulting Home Star is bang up-to-date, genuinely person-centred and very trauma-informed.

We recently held a widely attended webinar to introduce the NEW Home Star, pre-publication, in April 2022.
Triangle's co-director Sara Burns introduced us to the Home Star, talked us through the history of this Star, the changes to the ten outcome areas, and explained why the Home Star is a much better fit for people with ongoing and complex needs, including women with children.

#RefugeeWeek2022 #HealingTogether
Triangle has been working with the Refugee sector since 2018 when the UK saw an increasing number of unaccompanied asylum-seeking children needing our help.
In response to the growing crisis, we developed the Integration Star for refugees in collaboration with The Refugee Council and the Planning Star for young unaccompanied asylum seekers with several collaborators. Both are now available in several languages. *Ukrainian coming soon.
