Grandparents and Special Friends Day
This year's special day for Grandparents is scheduled for Friday, November 4 for Grades and Monday, November 7 for Early Childhood. If you are a parent in the school, please let your child's grandparent(s) know and extend a warm and gracious invitation to this event. Further details to come in future Waldorf Weeklies!
Crescent City Classic 5K Fundraiser for 7/8 Class Trip
The 7/8th Grade trip this year is to New York City and to raise the funds for their trip they will participate in the Crescent City Fall Classic 5K. Mrs. Nelson has obtained a scholarship and participants from WSNO can register for $15!
HOW TO REGISTER YOUR CHILD FOR THE CC5K:
1. Go to this website: http://www.ccc10k.com/crescent-city-fall-classic
2. Click on the orange "Register Now" button
3. On the new screen, click the green "Register" button
4. On the new screen, go to "Grant Program Participants", click the number participating, and then click the green "Checkout" button
5. Fill out the relevant information, including mode of payment, and be sure to select "Waldorf School of New Orleans" next to "Name of Grant School or Organization"

Call for Substitute Teachers

Movement Equipment
Lila needs 2 liter water or soda bottles, empty, rinsed out and with the cap still on or plastic empty milk jugs. Drop off your donation in the office.
Records Audit
We are currently auditing WSNO student records to comply with State regulations. Please upload birth certificates, updates immunization records and current school physicals to Tads asap.
