January 2018 Newsletter
Happy New Year! We've lots of exciting news and announcements ahead for the 10th year of GGFit!
To help you get all your new members to stick around longer, we're holding four February Master-Classes. If you're looking for online staff education, there's a great bundle offer for you. And finally, a recommendation for Ray Algar's not-to-be missed report on Active Aging.
Mini-Masterclasses
This February, every Monday at 2pm, you can watch a 5-10 minute mini-masterclass on measuring and improving your new member engagement.
Each session will stream live on Crowdcast and Facebook, showing you what, why, and how to measure member engagement. You can catch-up later by registering for the session.
- 05 Feb - New Member Comms
How to engage better with your new joiners
- 12 Feb - Inductions
How & why to sell more member inductions
- 19 Feb - 7 Day Calls
Why are they so critical, & why they don't happen
- 26 Feb - Graduation
How many of your new members make it
The simplest way to watch is on the GGFit Facebook page. But if you want to interact (live Q&A, catch-up, replay after each session) it's best to register on Crowdcast.
E-Learn 4 Business
Do you want to improve customer service and raise retention awareness in your club in 2018?
You should check out Elearn4business's online courses "Customer Service Excellence" and "Introduction to Retention" (written by GGFit).

You can buy either course off the shelf for £25 per user, or, for a limited time, you can license up to 50 concurrent users on both courses on a hosted platform for just £950 (Ts&Cs apply).

Health Club Industry Active Ageing Report
Ray Algar from Oxygen Consulting recently completed his Active Ageing Report, and we highly recommend you take a look. It presents lots of opportunities, not just for recruiting and retaining members, but fitness staff as well. As always, Ray presents some compelling arguments, along with case-studies from the UK, Canada, and Japan.
The full report is currently available to download here.
