 Welcome to StartupDigest Galway - the startup news and events calendar for Galway.

Galway Technology Centre are hosting an Alternative Finance event tomorrow Thursday 23rd May from 7.30am. Topics include: Invoice Finance; Trade Credit Insurance; Peer-to-Peer Lending – a guide to hassle free business loans.

GTC is also the venue for InterTrade Ireland's panel morning event on May 31st 'Scaling a Tech Business: Lessons Learned' which will discuss scaling a technology business; experiences, challenges and lessons learned.

On May 30th InterTrade Ireland will host a Funding Advisory workshop by Grant Thornton in the Clayton Hotel to address the main sources of funding including bank funding, trade credit and finance and alternative funding sources including private equity, peer to peer lending and crowd funding.. Note this programme is not suitable for pre-revenue or start-up companies.

The next Business Achievers Going Global event will be at The Model in Sligo on Wednesday 29th May at 8am
