Cape Light Compact hopes that you and your family are staying safe and healthy. We recognize that this is a challenging time for our customers, as COVID-19 continues to affect our communities. While we've needed to pause our in-person services for the safety of our customers, the Compact is still offering a suite of resources to reduce your energy usage, especially as you spend more time at home. For the safety of our customers, the Compact and its fellow Mass Save® Sponsors have paused all in-person services, including our in-home energy assessments and installations. Many of you have questions on how this decision will impact scheduled appointments and future work. We've compiled answers to customers' questions and will continue to keep you informed about when services can safely resume.

Complete a Virtual Home Energy Assessment

Although our in-home energy assessments are paused, we now offer no-cost virtual home energy assessments. You will participate in a live, virtual discussion with an energy specialist to identify energy-saving opportunities for your home and be connected to relevant rebates and financial incentives to support the upgrades. Rebates & Discounts while Social Distancing

Fridges to be recycled

There are still many savings opportunities you can take advantage of while social distancing. The Compact continues to offer rebates on eligible small appliances purchases, and we're still providing a $75 rebate for recycling your fridge through outside pickup. The Mass Save Online Storefront also remains open, with deals on lighting, power strips, low-flow fixtures, and more.

Managing Energy Use When Everyone's Home

During this period of social distancing, we're spending more time at home as our living spaces have also become our offices, schools, and gyms. As a result, many of us will likely see our energy use increase during this time.
