Making Energy Efficiency Affordable to All

Energy specialist upgrading lighting

The Compact recognizes the savings that energy efficiency can provide and wants all its customers to be able to access these opportunities. For this reason, the Compact has several income-eligible programs to help households that make 80% or less of median income levels. We work to connect these households with enhanced incentives, such as a 100% incentive for insulation, to lower energy expenses.
