ICYMI: Crews in New York, Boston, Philly, Montreal, Toronto, Hamilton, San Francisco, London and beyond came together over the weekend to run and celebrate our AAPI communities. If you ran solo or weren’t able to join, we’ve got some media drops to help you experience (or relive) the memories.

Miles of Smiles

We’ve got a few links for you to explore, but please remember to credit the photographer if you choose to repost.

CTR Store

CTR Store Open til’ 5/2

I’m so excited to be able to share some spring CTR swag with proceeds going towards Apex for Youth and Asian Mental Health Collective (nationwide organization). Please note that the store ships in USA only (for now) and sales end May 2nd. Once the store closes, you’ll get an email with shipping info!

AAPI Heritage Month

Before I wrap up, I’d like to remind all of you that the month of May is AAPI Heritage Month. I’ll be working hard to organize a few events (not all running-centric) to create more safe and welcoming spaces for friends and family. The series will be part of Mindful May - a set of events focused on around not just physical but mental and emotional wellness. Curious about AAPI Heritage Month? There’s a website for that.

Run with Our Global Partners

As always, I’d like to thank you for your continued energy, love and support. {chinatown}runners is not a crew, but a decentralized movement meant to create safe spaces for all AAPI friends, family, and allies. Please reach out directly to HQ if you have any questions, comments, or want info on how to get involved.
